Ever wanted to learn how to dance?? Want to burn calories, lose weight and tone up? THEN JAZZERCISE IS FOR YOU!! Jazzercise is a combo of different dance styles mixed with aerobics and keep fit! The class will be aimed at those who have always wanted to learn how to dance but never had the chance!
PILATES strengthens and lengthens muscles, improves range of movement, posture, body awareness as well as control and flexibility. Pilates is appropriate for all ages as it gently strengthens muscles without impacting the joints. It is also fantastic rehabilitation after sickness, injury, pregnancy etc.. And it is also found to be extremely relaxing!
On Sunday evenings - Jazzercise - 6.30-7.30 followed by Pilates-7.30 - 8.30 at the Kulanu Community centre (opposite the shul). Come on down and try a class!
The Kulanu Centre (formerly Kenton Jewish Youth Club) has been refurbished, including a new gym floor, snooker room with full sized table and other improvements and offers a range of sports, social and cultural activities for all age groups.
